Home Energy Loss Prevention Services (HELPS)
HELPS is the leading residential energy conservation service for Massachusetts municipal utility customers. HELPS provides energy education, home energy audits, assistance with home energy improvements, and ENERGY STAR® appliance rebates.
Ipswich Electric Light Department (IELD) customers, please call 866-306-0909 to schedule a home energy audit.
Peabody Municipal Light Plant (PMLP) customers, please call 978-531-5975 to schedule a home energy audit.
HELPS CONNECTED HOMES PROGRAM
Participating municipal utilities are offering new incentives for customers with smart devices through the new Connected Homes Program. ENROLL NOW or click HERE for more information.
The HELPS Program offers rebates for a variety of efficient technologies including ENERGY STAR® equipment and appliances, home efficiency installations (such as insulation and duct-sealing), and air conditioning and heat pumps. Click on your light department below to learn what rebates you may be eligible for.
